Terms
These are pre-launch draft terms. This preview cannot take orders, and the terms that will govern real sales are not yet finalised.
Pre-launch draft — business details and operating terms still to be confirmed
What this site is right now
Direct Clearance is operating as a local pre-launch preview. Browsing, comparing products and building a preview basket do not create an order, a contract or any obligation to pay.
Prices shown are proposed and indicative. Checkout is switched off on purpose while the store, stock, fulfilment and policies are confirmed.
What the sale terms will cover
Before the store accepts orders, the terms of sale will set out, in plain language:
- the trader's legal identity and contact details
- the total price, including any delivery charge, before you pay
- how and when a contract is formed
- payment methods and when payment is taken
- product availability and what happens if an item cannot be supplied
- delivery arrangements and timescales
- cancellation rights and the returns process
- how faults, complaints and your statutory rights are handled
Decisions that are still open
Trader identity, delivery terms, returns process and dispute handling are all still to be confirmed. We are not filling those gaps with arbitrary liability caps or jurisdiction clauses; those are exactly the terms that need proper, approved wording.
Nothing in a draft removes your statutory rights. When the terms are finalised, this page will be replaced with the approved version and dated.
Using this preview
You are welcome to browse and use the preview basket to understand how the store will work. Please do not rely on prototype prices or details for any decision to purchase elsewhere, and do not treat this draft as a completed commercial agreement.
