Cookies and browser storage
This prototype does not run analytics, advertising or third-party marketing scripts, so there is no optional tracking to consent to. It does use local storage for the preview basket.
Pre-launch draft — business details and operating terms still to be confirmed
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies such as local storage let a site remember small pieces of information in your browser. Some are essential to a feature working; others are used for analytics or advertising. We currently use only the first kind.
What this site actually uses
The preview basket is kept in your browser's local storage under the key direct-clearance.preview-basket.v1. It holds size identifiers and quantities only, so the basket survives navigation and reloads. It contains no payment or personal customer data, and it is not sent to us.
Dismissing an example notification on the commerce presentation page stores its identifier under dc-notice: in session storage. It remembers your dismissal for this tab session, contains no customer details and is not sent to a server.
Fonts are self-hosted through the framework rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not contact one. There are no analytics, advertising, A/B testing or social tracking scripts in this build.
Managing your preview basket
You are in control of the saved basket. Clearing it removes the stored size and quantity entries from this browser immediately.
No preview basket is saved in this browser.
You can also clear browser storage for this site using your browser's own settings. Because there is no optional tracking, there is no consent banner to manage.
When the store goes live
A live Shopify checkout may use cookies or storage that are necessary for payments, fraud prevention and the basket. Those providers and their purposes will be listed on this page before launch, and any optional tracking will be introduced only with a proper consent choice.
