Products and sizes
Are the standard and Supreme blankets the same product?
No. They are different product families. The standard Snuggledown electric blanket has three heat settings, while the Intelligent Warmth Supreme has nine and a quilted cover. We describe them separately rather than treating them as interchangeable.
Which sizes can I choose?
Supreme Single and Double are selectable with indicative prices. Supreme King availability is unconfirmed. Standard King stock is shown on its own product page; final prices and size options for the standard range are being prepared.
Do you have the exact dimensions?
Not yet. We have not verified the measurements, so we have left centimetres out rather than invent them. Check the seller's size chart against your mattress before ordering once the store is live.
Which blanket gives more control over warmth?
The Supreme, with nine heat settings against the standard blanket's three. On the Double, Supreme also comes with two controllers so each side can be set independently.
Ordering and your basket
Can I check out and buy anything?
Not yet. We are getting ready to open. You can explore the collection and compare sizes now; orders and payments will be available once the shop opens.
Is my basket saved?
Your choices are saved in this browser when storage is available. They do not reserve stock or place an order. You can empty your basket at any time or clear it from the Cookies page.
Why are there no bath and shower products yet?
M&S bath and shower stock is part of the planned range. The product details and prices are being prepared before individual items are listed.
Delivery, returns and support
How will delivery work?
Delivery is still being confirmed for launch. We have not published fees or timescales because they are not agreed yet. The delivery page will be updated with the confirmed details before the store goes live.
What are my returns rights?
Once the store is live, online purchases in the UK normally come with a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods, and a further 14 days to send them back. Faulty goods are covered separately by your statutory rights. Our returns page explains the baseline; the practical process and return address are still being confirmed.
Can I contact you with a question?
Customer support details will be published on our Contact page before ordering opens. Our FAQs and buying guides are available now to help you explore the range.
Are the electric blankets safety certified?
We are not making safety certification or overnight-use claims in this preview. Any certification statement will be added only once it has been verified for the exact product supplied.
